“MAGNIFICENCE”..Thy Kingdom Come. PART II
…well, I’m heading in. And don’t you think your mobile
phone camera is too small to capture the images you see? You need a
bigger camera.......CONTINUE READING
INTERMISSION 2
Events
unfold between the close and start of scene 1 &2 respectively,
which I cannot remember vividly. Although what I do remember, is that
what I had seen was incredible, unusual, and out of the ordinary. I had
more questions than answers.
- What city is this?
- What’s the source of its light?
- Is it real?
Still lost in the euphoria of the moment, I was soon awakened, by yet another transmission.
SCENE THREE
With
the transition of night into day time, I soon catch a glimpse yet again
of a moving cloud. I see the city once again, but this time around with
a little more clarity. Although still afar of, yet it seem to be
descending and approaching the earth. Day time is finally here, and
there is a total change of serenity, as if a burst of colours, followed
by a transformed state and change in ambiance like though in a new world
so beautiful, so colourful.
Now
in a valley on a mountain top, with a vast table land that spans a part
of the entire area, all bursting forth with green, fertile green as I
have never seen before except for those I've viewed in some image
captured in ultra high definition and virtual worlds in photo-realistic
CAD (Computer Aided Design). It seemed as if I was sucked into a scenery
of some wonderland in a video shoot of Pixar, Walt Disney, or
DreamWorks studios. The colours were so distinct, all categorized
into dark/cool as well as bright/warm. I could almost distinctively see
the blood red, orange sun, brown mud, all shades of green, from the deep
army to lemon green, the clear sky blue and aquatic blue, you just name
it.
I could feel so much aura of love radiating from
within and without. Engulfed in a serenity of peace, calmness, softness,
and a gentle wind wrapping its arms all around me, I heard continuous
giggles and laughter of kids and people playing all around, enjoying
such grace and indescribable feelings. It seemed as if the kingdom of
God had come to rest and stay with man as is represented in our lord’s
prayer as we were taught how we ought to pray…(Our father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come).
I
saw the mountains highly placed, intriguing and rich as if it were
leaning and approaching towards the earth. So much grandeur, so
alluring, oh! So magnificent. It was a collection of a rich, vibrant and
breathtaking view, oozing out much joy and happiness, forgetting all
sorrows and worries that life or this world has to offer, a state of
total peace.
Once again, my eyes catch an amazing sight a
little afar off to the corner of my left. It is a tree, just one tree,
so great and magnificent, very green, looks like it’s been watered with
some everlasting spring. Rich in green, and full with leaves, it spread
its branches like tentacles extending, and growing continuously reaching
for the heavens, as if to receive something extra ordinary like it was
hoping to latch onto something, something of greater energy, like a
magnet attracts a metallic objects. I have never seen or imagined such a
sight before: Grace, magnificence, beauty, nature, colour, glory and
aura.
What sort of tree could this be? (Great and mighty.)
The
first thought that comes to mind is the tree of life, the ones guarded
by the cherubs as is accounted for in the book of Genesis. Amazing!
Although there were no sighting of celestial or terrestrial beings
around the tree, it was obvious that there was some sort of energy
radiating around this living creation of God. Mesmerized by this unusual
sights, and basking in the euphoria of the feeling which I was
experiencing, and now lived in, as if an extension of it all, I was now
curious about where the tree was heading for ,I looked up following the
direction of its rising.
OMG! The city I had earlier
discovered in the heavenlies, here it was descending closer, looking
clearer, compared to what I had earlier seen at night time. What a sight
it is to behold. I can hardly find words to express/describe in details
what I was now beholding. Beautiful! Is the word. Clearly I could see
the markings dividing into sections, regions, and spaces as it
approached. It then occurred to me that the mountains and the hills
which I beheld, was an extension of the city that was to come. Totally
bedazzled by all that I had seen, I suddenly felt a nudge on my right
side.
ACT TWO
…Here! Take this, you’ll be needing it.
She said as she hands over an ipad already set in camera mode. I gladly receive the device from her (my sister earlier mentioned in my first account),
and got into the business of freelance landscape photography (taking
pictures of the great sights of the world I was now privileged to see).
INTERMISSION 3
As
I document this account of the events that unfolded, I can’t but help
picture/relive the moments of my experience. Not of course in the same
energy as I experienced it, but a recap of the vision I had experienced a
couple of days back in all clarity. It is generally believed that one
can’t relieve the experience of the past precisely as it occurred, but
mostly with some occasional blur in specific events, coupled with the
difficulty of detailing to colours, textures, and size over time. As I
have learnt within the past few days, with visions the case isn’t the
same. Time will not dilute a vision, or make it lost in memory.
Nevertheless, not leaving anything to chance, I was so overwhelmed by
what I had seen that I documented it with paper and pen immediately I
gained consciousness in other not to confuse, or compose a conflicting
account of what I had experienced as I try to piece the given events
together.
SCENE FOUR
With pictures rolling as I
capture the magnificence of God’s great works, which I can hardly find
words or pen to express. A sight that gives a glimpse to the
inexplicable nature of Gods creative ability which he has vested in us
all. As I continue to.....TO BE CONTINUED
